Cancel Notice

Stopping an order before it leaves the atelier

Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.

1 · Before dispatch

Request cancellation from Track & Support while the order status remains pre-dispatch. Confirmed cancellations release unpaid COD holds or initiate a prepaid refund.

2 · After dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier, cancellation converts to a refusal-at-delivery or return-to-origin path, which may incur courier fees deducted from any refund.

3 · Partial baskets

If only some lines remain available, we may cancel the missing SKUs and fulfil the rest, or cancel the whole order at your request before dispatch.
