How Appily Seventyone handles personal information

Appily Seventyone collects information required for account creation, email verification, order processing, delivery support and customer communication.

1 · What we collect

• Identity and contact details for account creation and delivery.
• Order, payment-status, and support correspondence.
• Device and session signals needed to keep checkout secure.

2 · Why we use it

Information is used to verify email via OTP, fulfil seed orders, process payments, send transactional notices, and resolve Track & Support tickets. We do not sell personal data.

3 · Who may see it

Processors such as payment gateways, couriers, and email providers receive only what is required to perform their task. Legal disclosures may occur where required by Indian law.

4 · Retention & security

Records are kept for the period needed for fulfilment, accounting, and statutory duties. Access is limited to authorised operators of Appily Seventyone.
